Olen Miller has been a certified Real Estate Appraiser and Broker in Washington State since 2002. He has an extensive background in real estate appraisal, sales, and consulting which allows him to provide clients with expert and accurate opinions of value, market studies, feasibility studies, and highest and best-use studies. Olen is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has achieved SRA and AI-RRS certifications through the Designation of Distinction program. The SRA and AI-RRS designations represent advanced knowledge and stand for years of proven, real-life estate valuation experience while always committing to strict professional ethics and standards.
